Increasingly, customers require fluids that are more environmentally friendly. We offer fluids with lower volatility, toxicity and odor, compared to traditional solvents. Our customers can choose fluids that help improve safety and health in various applications including consumer products, architectural coatings, food contact applications, adhesives and agro-chemicals.

Of course, flammability is a concern when handling solvents. That’s why we provide a wide range of higher-performing, low-flammability fluids. When used in conjunction with proper equipment and careful handling, our products can help customers achieve a safer workplace.

Our Isopar™ and Exxsol™ D fluids have a significantly reduced environmental impact compared to traditional aromatic-containing solvents. These two fluids families:

• Have no impact on the stratospheric ozone layer.
• Are not toxic to fish or aquatic organisms.
• Do not persist or bio-accumulate in the environment
• Are available in low-volatility grades, which results in reduced emissions to the environment.
