A Worldwide Organization Worldwide technology expertise is available in Baytown, Texas; Machelen, Belgium and Bangalore, India. As one of the leading polymer producers, ExxonMobil Chemical has developed world class catalyst, polymer science and analytical capability in Baytown and Machelen. We are fully integrated into ExxonMobil Chemical's Polymers Technology organization and regularly apply this capability for our customers.

- Comprehensive pilot facilities from bench scale to semi-works are used to evaluate polymers and produce material for customer evaluation.
- The Materials Characterization Laboratory at the Baytown Technology & Engineering Complex (BTEC West) provides state-of-the-art analytical capability for problem solving and material development.
- We are organized to support all aspects of customer technical requirements including troubleshooting, optimization of product performance and new product development.
Production Sites ExxonMobil Chemical offers worldwide supply reliability, with plants in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the U.S., Notre Dame de Gravenchon in France and a joint venture in Yosu, South Korea. Customers benefit from investments in highly advanced process control equipment and control techniques that ensure the quality and consistency of our products.
Our manufacturing plants in the U.S. and France are ISO 9002 certified. Our joint venture plant in South Korea is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. Statistical Process Control and the Total Quality approach including Total Productive Maintenance are integral to the manufacturing effort at our sites.
A one-ton-per-day semi-works facility located at Notre Dame de Gravenchon, France provides semi-industrial capability for development of new process technologies and new products for customers worldwide.
